Individual Psychotherapy

Whether you’re looking to gain deeper insight, strengthen your relationships, or shift patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to support you. A fundamental aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I recognize the courage it takes to seek therapy and approach our work together with warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your inner world. In our work, we will uncover healthier coping strategies, reduce negative patterns, and foster meaningful personal growth.

My therapeutic style combines elements of psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to promote self-awareness and healing. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and identity development, as well as those navigating complex interpersonal issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience addressing work-related stress and lead workshops on leadership development and burnout.

In our sessions, I offer a grounded approach that respects your pace and honors your unique journey. Together, we will explore different ways of relating to yourself and the world around you—whether through mindfulness practices, play, accessing and accepting deeper parts of your psyche, or tapping into resources that foster transformation. I’m here to help you discover new ways of being, so you can lead a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but I invite you to take the first step. Feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation, where we can discuss your goals, what to expect from therapy, and explore how we can work together. I look forward to supporting you along this path of discovery and healing.
